Vein Conditions We Treat

Varicose Veins

Varicose Veins are swollen, twisted, rope-like veins most often seen protruding from the back of legs in both men and women. They are caused by an abnormal collection of blood due to a condition called reflux. Varicose veins can cause a heavy or full feeling in the legs and are accompanied by swelling, aches and pain. Fortunately, new minimally-invasive treatments offers a fast, mild recovery, allowing you to return to normal activities within a few days.

Spider Veins

Spider veins are similar to varicose veins, but are smaller and form underneath the surface of the skin on the legs and face, appearing blue or red in color. There is generally little or no pain involved with spider veins. Treatment is performed in an outpatient setting using sclerotherapy.
